We use a powerful, hot water extraction system and water at 270°F - hot enough to take on the most stubborn situations.
Our HydraMaster Titan-875 equipment is mounted inside the truck, is computer controlled and uses our water and electricity. Not only is it THE elite carpet cleaning system in the industry, it is highly effective at eliminating dust mites, dander and dead skin. And - there's no need to worry about breakers tripping or what happened to all that dirty water after we leave - we take it with us!

Our process:
- Pre-inspect your carpet for stains,
- Pre-treat any stains or animal hot spots,
- Apply a high-heat/high-pressure clean,
- Rinse with scalding water and
- Power extract excess water from your carpeting before we
- Pad the feet of your furniture and
- Groom the carpet fibers.

Odor Control - Pet or Smoke
We love our pets - but sometimes they have accidents!
We can apply an anti-microbial and/or deodorizer during carpet, upholstery or rug cleaning that will eliminate the offending odor-causing bacteria and discourage eliminating in the area again. We also have ozone machines that can eliminate most household smells or smoke odor.
The trick is this: If a liquid (pet urine) caused the odor, a liquid application is the solution. If a gas (smoke, cooking smells) caused the odor, then ozone is the cure.
*Note - Ozone cannot be used while you or your pets are home and can take 12-36 hours to eliminate some odors - so plan ahead, please!
