"Our sump pump failed to come on at the same time we had about 9 inches of snow melting and about 2 inches of rain falling- in january of this year, 2013. That was a friday night and on the following Sunday night we opened the basement door to find that our basement was flooded. Early Monday morning I called Angie's List to ask for someone with an A rating so that I could call them to help with basment restoration. I chose to call Klean Serv from the names I was given.
Trent Hall, the owner of Klean Serv, came to our rescue. He was so special in the caring, professional way he lead us through the calamity. Trent took out the carpeting and made sure the basement was completely dry and odor free before starting to rebuild the torn out paneling and chair rail. He stayed with the job and became a friend."

Trent's helper, Michelle Decatur, did most of our paperwork for insurance, brought carpet samples and paint samples, painted walls
and some furniture for us, etc. She also became a friend.

"Extensive water damage to a high end home.  Mold remediation and retest with complete renovation of the lower level to include an upscale bar, theator/media room, billiards area and guest room with full bath.  This job required extensive water an d mold removal, testing,rebuilding of walls, trim, cabinetry,carpet installation, furniture cleaning, and overall rebuilding.  Also,painting of  the entire 1st (2 story) and 2nd floor with bedrooms and baths.  Fabulous attention to detail and beautiful workmanship.  Great insight for improvements and detailed communication to ensure work was completed in a timely and satisfied end result. "We've used Trent in the past for basic carpet cleaning, and he's done a great job. Due to our error, our water heater flooded our basement.  The carpet was quite wet, and we did not want to replace.  We called Trent to rescue our basement.Carpet was cleaned, and large fans and dehumidifiers were placed in various corners of our long basement.  I think we had the equipment in our basement for 48 hours.  The best part?  After all was said and done, no dampness, and NO ODOR.  I would call Trent anytime.  It's now been around 2 months, and still no odor.  Honest and hard working guy too."

"Had leaking pipe in basement crawl space in one of the properties I manage.   House had been vacant for a while  Klean-Serv repaired the pipe, brought in huge dryers and de-humidifiers, remediated the mold issue that ensued, repaired and painted the areas that had mold, and then replaced water heater for me...company went above and beyond my expectations.  They also followed up until the house sold.  Great company that offers a wide scope of services.  Best part is that  you deal with the owner, not an employee. Pride in ownership is very apparent with this company."

"Trent was responsive, friendly and able to get to our house the same week I requested service.  He was scheduled to come at 3 p.m., but called the morning of service and was able to come earlier. This allowed the carpets to be nearly dry by the time we got home from work. My mother was able to let him in and show him the areas we needed serviced; she left to run errands and returned within a couple hours to give payment and review the great work. He gave us the quote on site before starting work.  We received a quote for a sofa and love seat to be cleaned, but it would have been about $150.00 more, so we decided to pass for now. I feel it was a little more expensive than expected, but I have no remorse on spending the money after seeing the high quality work, and receiving such pleasant service.  In the initial call, I inquired about having Trent seal our grout in the bathrooms, since this was not done after our house was built. He recommended saving the money on the sealant and having them professionally cleaned once or twice a year as needed. I appreciated the honest feedback and option to review costs if I still wanted to have them sealed.  During service, Trent also suggested that we change the floor cleaner we are using on our hardwood floors, which is leaving a residue causing our carpets to get dirty faster.  He said vinegar and water will work much better. We will start doing this asap.  Overall really enjoyed using this service and look forward to having him back again."
